Our scope included a combination of structural alterations, internal refurbishment works, and specialist installations designed to modernise facilities while maintaining the character of the existing building.

Key works included:

  • Structural alterations to create new openings and improve internal circulation

  • Installation of specialist roof lights to introduce natural daylight into learning spaces

  • Refurbishment of student toilet facilities
